     This post from the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation is important for medical professionals to consider, but I believe the lesson is an important one across the board for all companies that provide services to people–and that includes most organizations we encounter from day to day. Education, healthcare, government agencies, and others are, unfortunately, set up more for the convenience of the professionals involved than for the people who use the services.
