     A major section of my book in progress, Shaping Lives, Transforming Communities: Creative Expression in the Dance of Life, is dedicated to transforming the way our schools educate our young people. I am also designing a Resource Guide on Integrating the Arts into Education. Making the transition from an emphasis on STEM, the teaching of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to STEAM, integrating the arts into these areas, is key to turning our schools around.
