This is my 1,000th post on Create & Be Well. I set up this curated information blog in the summer of 2014 to share with you important bits of the research I was doing for my book in progress Shaping Lives, Transforming Communities: Creative Expression in the Dance of Life. The blog has taken on a life of its own, with readers from many parts of the world.

As I have continued work on the book, it has take on new dimensions. I realized a year ago that I was really working on several books and decided to develop a series of resource guides on key topics. Living Through Creativity is the Curated Resource Guide series. I will be publishing the first of the guides Beacons of Hope in the early fall as an e-book on Amazon. This will introduce the series as well as profile important local innovations in the arts and healthcare, creative aging, the arts and education, creative communities, among other topics.

I am looking for a small number of readers willing to preview this first resource guide and offer suggestions for improvement. If you are interested, please contact me through the contact form on this post.
