One of the topics of research for my book, as well as the future subject of one of the Living Through Creativity resource guides, is how the arts are becoming a positive force in the rehabilitation of men and women in prisons. California–no surprise–is a leader in this area. This post is a story from a local Marin County newspaper on the Shakespeare in Social Justice initiative of the Marin Shakespeare Company.
