             Finding and implementing new approaches to assist children in foster care is an imperative. I have posted several times about the Treehouse Foundation in Eathampton, Massachusetts, an organization leading the way in transforming the settings where foster children live. Today’s post from the Conrad Hilton Foundation introduces a new resource for helping foster children as they age out of the system and become independent. Kudos to the Hilton foundation for this innovative development!
