I love finding new resources on the arts in healthcare revolution to share with you. Integrating the arts into healthcare is a major theme of my book in progress Shaping Lives, Transforming Communities: Creative Expression in the Dance of Life.” The physical environment of hospitals and other treatment centers can be a powerful influence on patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

I discovered Rxhibition through Renee Phillips, an extraordinary New Yorker doing much to advance the arts in healthcare in the US. Today’s post is an informative and useful interview with UK artist Dan Savage about what is happening in the UK. It also includes many gorgeous images of the work Dan has carried out in hospitals there.
