Finding and founding your work on first principles is key to success in the long run. Thanks, as always, to Medium, an extraordinary source of cogent ideas.           Zat Rana’s essay this morning on Medium is one that each of us needs to read every so often. It is so easy to slip into the everyday thinking like everyone else and so destructive of our potential. The essay is graceful, thoughtful, and insightful. Thank you, Zat Rana!

Las Vegas Street Art Moved Me To Tears – Be Yourself

***Art in Public Spaces Series: Las Vegas***

I have always been fascinated by art on walls in public spaces–back in the mid-1990s I often photographed graffiti in Switzerland on my way back from a consulting trip to Albania. Paint on the various surfaces of public areas has moved far beyond the graffiti of those years. Today’s post is a wonderful survey of art on the walls of buildings in Las Vegas, a treat for both the eyes and the mind. Perhaps your city needs its own Life Is Beautiful Art Festival. Enjoy!
